2 Kings 1:8
ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਇਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੇ ਜੱਤ ਵਾਲਾ ਕੋਟ ਪਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਮਰ ਤੇ ਚਮੜੇ ਦੀ ਪੇਟੀ ਬੰਨ੍ਹੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ।” ਤਦ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ “ਉਹ ਤਾਂ ਏਲੀਯਾਹ ਤਿਸ਼ਬੀ ਸੀ”।

| שֵׂעָ֔ר | śēʿār | say-AR | |
| and girt | וְאֵז֥וֹר | wĕʾēzôr | veh-ay-ZORE |
| girdle a with | ע֖וֹר | ʿôr | ore |
| of leather | אָז֣וּר | ʾāzûr | ah-ZOOR |
| about his loins. | בְּמָתְנָ֑יו | bĕmotnāyw | beh-mote-NAV |
| said, he And | וַיֹּאמַ֕ר | wayyōʾmar | va-yoh-MAHR |
| It | אֵֽלִיָּ֥ה | ʾēliyyâ | ay-lee-YA |
| is Elijah | הַתִּשְׁבִּ֖י | hattišbî | ha-teesh-BEE |
| the Tishbite. | הֽוּא׃ | hûʾ | hoo |
