ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਫ਼ਿਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਲੇਵੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਣਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕਤਰ ਕੀਤਾ। ਤਦ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਏ।

ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਪਸਹ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮੂਏਲ ਨਬੀ ਦੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਮਨਾਈ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਪਸਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਮਨਾਈ ਜਿਹੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਯੋਸੀਯਾਹ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ, ਲੇਵੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦੇ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਰਲ ਕੇ ਮਨਾਈ।

ਮਨੱਸ਼ਹ ਨੇ ਹੋਰ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਕੀਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਅੱਗੇ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਬੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਉਂ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਉਹ ਸਭ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰੀ ਲੇਖਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੋਥੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ।

ਜਦੋਂ ਆਹਾਜ਼ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋਈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁਰਖਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਹਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਇਆ। ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਹਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਥੇ ਨਾ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਇਆ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਕਿ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਆਹਾਜ਼ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਹਿਜ਼ਕੀਯਾਹ ਨਵਾਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਬਣਿਆ।
2 Chronicles 28:23
ਉਸ ਨੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਦੰਮਿਸ਼ਕ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਲੀਆਂ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਈਆਂ। ਦੰਮਿਸਕ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾਇਆ ਸੀ। ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਚਿਆ, “ਅਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਸੋ ਮੈਂ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਬਲੀਆਂ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਵਾਂਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੀ ਵੀ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਨ।” ਪਰ ਉਹ ਆਹਾਜ਼ ਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੀ ਤਬਾਹੀ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਣ ਬਣੇ।
2 Chronicles 28:19
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਉੱਪਰ ਕਹਿਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਆਹਾਜ਼ ਨੇ ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਪ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਆ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਬੇਵਫ਼ਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ।
2 Chronicles 24:16
ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਊਦ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ, ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਇਆ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਥੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਇਆ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਕਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਬੜੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਭਲਾਈ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਕੀਤੇ।
2 Chronicles 21:4
ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦਾ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਯਹੋਰਾਮ ਯਹੋਰਾਮ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦਾ ਰਾਜ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਫ਼ਿਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਢ ਸੁੱਟਿਆ। ਇਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਵੱਢ ਸੁੱਟਿਆ।
