ਕੁਝ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਸ਼ਾਫ਼ਾਟ ਨੂੰ ਆ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੀ ਭਾਰੀ ਸੈਨਾ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਪਾਰ ਅਦੋਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਟਾਕਰੇ ਲਈ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਵੇਖ ਉਹ ਹਸਸੋਨ-ਤਾਮਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਨ।” (ਹਸਸੋਨ-ਤਾਮਾਰ ਏਨ-ਗਦੀ ਵੀ ਅਖਵਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।)
