2 Chronicles 14:1
ਅਬੀਯਾਹ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁਰਖਿਆਂ ’ਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਊਦ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਅ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਥਾਵੇਂ ਉਸਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਆਸਾ ਨਵਾਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਬਣਿਆ। ਆਸਾ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ 10 ਸਾਲ ਤੀਕ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਰਹੀ।

ਜਦੋਂ ਅਬੀਯਾਮ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋਈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਊਦ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਅਬੀਯਾਮ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਆਸਾ ਉਸਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਬਣਿਆ।

ਉਪਰੰਤ ਸੁਲੇਮਾਨ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁਰਖਿਆਂ ਕੋਲ ਚਲਾਣਾ ਕਰ ਗਿਆ। ਤਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦਾਊਦ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਇਆ। ਸੁਲੇਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਥਾਵੇਂ ਹੁਣ ਉਸਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਰਹਬੁਆਮ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗਾ।

ਸੁਲੇਮਾਨ ਰਹਬੁਆਮ ਦਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਸੀ। ਰਹਬੁਆਮ ਅਬੀਯਾਹ ਦਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਸੀ। ਅਬੀਯਾਹ ਆਸਾ ਦਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਸੀ।
