ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਸਮੂਏਲ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਮੈਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁਝ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹਾਂ ਜੋ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਇਹ ਸੁਣੇਗਾ ਚਕਿਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਏਗਾ।

ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਰ੍ਹੀ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦੇਵੇ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਹੀ ਲੋਕ ਡਰ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਬ ਉੱਠਣਗੇ। ਜੇਕਰ ਸਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਦੁਰਘਟਨਾ ਘਟ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਅਵੱਸ਼ ਇਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
