ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪ ’ਚ ਸੋਚਿਆ ਕਿ, ‘ਫ਼ਲਿਸਤੀ ਇੱਥੇ ਗਿਲਗਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਪਰ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਅਜੇ ਤੀਕ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਲਈ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਰ ਹੋਕੇ ਹੋਮ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਈ।’”
