அவர் தமது வார்த்தையைப் பூமியில் அனுப்புகிறார்; அவருடைய சொல் மகா தீவிரமாய்ச் செல்லுகிறது.

எனவே தேவனுடைய ஜனங்கள் பிற ஜனங்களின் பாவங்களால் அழுக்கடைந்தார்கள். தேவனுடைய ஜனங்கள் தங்கள் தேவனிடம் அவநம்பிக்கை கொண்டு, பிறர் செய்த காரியங்களையேச் செய்தார்கள்.
