கர்த்தர் கூறுகின்றார்: “மோவாப் ஜனங்களும், ஆமோன் ஜனங்களும் என்ன செய்தனர் என்று எனக்குத் தெரியும். அந்த ஜனங்கள் எனது ஜனங்களை நிந்தைக்குள்ளாக்கினார்கள். அந்த ஜனங்கள் தம் சொந்த நாட்டைப் பொரிதாக்க இத்தேசத்தை எடுத்துக் கொண்டார்கள்.
