ପ୍ ରମେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଲୋକକୁ ଆଘାତ କରେ ନାହିଁ, ଅତଏବ ପ୍ ରମେ କରିବା ସଂପୂର୍ଣ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ପାଳନର ସମକକ୍ଷ।
