ପରମେଶ୍ବର ପୃଥିବୀର ଉପରେ ଆକାଶ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ବର୍ଷା ସହିତ ବିଜୁଳି କରାନ୍ତି। ଏବଂ ସେ ତାଙ୍କର ଭଣ୍ଡାର ଘରୁ ପବନ ପ୍ରବାହିତ କରାନ୍ତି।

ମିଥ୍ଯା ଦବେତାଗଣଙ୍କର ବୃଷ୍ଟି କରାଇବାର କ୍ଷମତା ନାହିଁ। ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳ ବୃଷ୍ଟିପାତ କରାଇପାରିବ କି ? ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ହିଁ ସେ ସବୁର ସୃଷ୍ଟିକର୍ତ୍ତା। ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅପେକ୍ଷା ରେ ରହିବୁ। କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏହା ହିଁ ସବୁ ତିଆରି କରିଛ।

ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଆଜ୍ଞା କଲେ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରବଳ ବାଯୁ ଉଠି ଆସିଲା। ଢ଼େଉଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସମୁଦ୍ରର ଦୁଇଗୁଣ ଉପର ଉଚ୍ଚରେ ଆସିଲା।
