ଏବଂ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସହେି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବ ଦିଅନ୍ତି। ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସହେି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ତାଙ୍କ ଅଧିପତି କରାନ୍ତି।
