ଯଦି ଶାସକ ଦରିଦ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶୋଷଷ କରନ୍ତି, ସହେି ରାଜା ପ୍ଲାବନକାରୀ ବୃଷ୍ଟି ପରି।
