ଗୀତସଂହିତା 99
1 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଆଗରେ ଗାନ କର। ସେ ନ୍ଯାଯ ବିଚାର ପାଇଁ ପୃଥିବୀକୁ ଆସୁଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ତାଙ୍କର ଧାର୍ମିକତା ଏବଂ ନ୍ଯାଯ ସହିତ ପୃଥିବୀର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ବିଚାର କରିବେ।
2 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସିୟୋନରେ ମହାନ୍ ଓ ସମସ୍ତ ଜାତିମାନଙ୍କର ନେତା ଅଟନ୍ତି।
3 ସମସ୍ତ ଜାତି ତୁମ୍ଭର ନାମର ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଓ ଭୟ କରନ୍ତୁ, ଏହା ପବିତ୍ର ଅଟେ।
4 ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ ରାଜା ନ୍ଯାଯ ବିଚାରକୁ ଭଲପାନ୍ତି। ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନ୍ଯାଯ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଛ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ନ୍ଯାଯ ଓ ୟଥାର୍ଥ ସାଧନ କରିଅଛ।
5 ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କର। ତାଙ୍କ ପବିତ୍ର ପାଦପୀଠରେ ଉପାସନା କର, ସେ ପବିତ୍ର ଅଟନ୍ତି।
6 ମାଶାେ ଏବଂ ହାରୋଣ ତାଙ୍କର ୟାଜକଗଣଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅନ୍ୟତମ ଥିଲେ। ଶାମୁଯଲେ ଥିଲେ ଜଣେ ୟିଏକି, ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ନାମ ଦଇେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରିଥିଲେ। ସମାନେେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କଲେ ଏବଂ ସେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ।
7 ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଉଚ୍ଚ ମେଘସ୍ତମ୍ଭ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ କହିଲେ, ସମାନେେ ତାଙ୍କର ଆଦେଶ ମାନିଲେ ଏବଂ ସେ ନିଯମ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଦେଲେ।
8 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନାର ଉତ୍ତର ଦଲେ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଦଖାଇେଲ ୟେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ହିଁ କ୍ଷମାକାରୀ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଏବଂ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର କୁକର୍ମ ପାଇଁ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦିଅ।
9 ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କର। ତାଙ୍କର ପବିତ୍ର ପର୍ବତରେ ତାଙ୍କର ଉପାସନା କର। ପ୍ରକୃତରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ପବିତ୍ର ଅଟନ୍ତି।
1 The Lord reigneth; let the people tremble: he sitteth between the cherubims; let the earth be moved.
2 The Lord is great in Zion; and he is high above all the people.
3 Let them praise thy great and terrible name; for it is holy.
4 The king’s strength also loveth judgment; thou dost establish equity, thou executest judgment and righteousness in Jacob.
5 Exalt ye the Lord our God, and worship at his footstool; for he is holy.
6 Moses and Aaron among his priests, and Samuel among them that call upon his name; they called upon the Lord, and he answered them.
7 He spake unto them in the cloudy pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the ordinance that he gave them.
8 Thou answeredst them, O Lord our God: thou wast a God that forgavest them, though thou tookest vengeance of their inventions.
9 Exalt the Lord our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the Lord our God is holy.

1 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ମାେତେ ଦୟା କର। ଲୋକମାନେ ମାେତେ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରିବାକୁ ଉଦ୍ଯମ କଲେ। ସମାନେେ ନିରନ୍ତର ଭାବରେ ମାେତେ ଅନୁଧାବନ କରୁଛନ୍ତି ଓ ୟୁଦ୍ଧ କରି ଆସୁଛନ୍ତି।
Be merciful unto me, O God: for man would swallow me up; he fighting daily oppresseth me.
2 ମାରେ ଶତ୍ରୁମାନେ ନିରନ୍ତର ଭାବରେ ମାେତେ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରିବାକୁ ଉଦ୍ଯମ ସହେି ୟୋଦ୍ଧାମାନଙ୍କର ସଂଖ୍ଯା ବହୁତ। ହେ ସର୍ବୋପରିସ୍ଥ ପରମେଶ୍ବର
Mine enemies would daily swallow me up: for they be many that fight against me, O thou most High.
3 ମୁଁ ଭୀତ ହବୋ ସମଯରେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଉପରେ ନିର୍ଭର କରେ।
What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.
4 ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ମୁଁ ନିର୍ଭର କରେ। ତାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା ପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରେ। ମୁଁ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ନିର୍ଭର କରେ, ତଣେୁ ମୁଁ ଭୟ କରିବି ନାହିଁ। ଲୋକମାନେ ମାେତେ କ'ଣ କରିପାରିବେ ?
In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me.
5 ମାରେ ଶତ୍ରୁମାନେ ମାରେ କଥାକୁ ରୂପ ବଦଳାଇ ବିପରୀତ ଅର୍ଥ କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ମାେତେ ସର୍ବଦା କୁମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାରେ ଅନିଷ୍ଟ କରୁଛନ୍ତି।
Every day they wrest my words: all their thoughts are against me for evil.
6 ସମାନେେ ମାେତେ ହତ୍ଯା କରିବାର ଆଶା ନଇେ ଲୁଚି ରହନ୍ତି ଓ ମାରେ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଗତିବିଧି ଲକ୍ଷ୍ଯ କରନ୍ତି।
They gather themselves together, they hide themselves, they mark my steps, when they wait for my soul.
7 କାରଣ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଅଧର୍ମ ପାଇଁ, ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ପଳାଇ ୟିବାକୁ ଦିଅ ନାହିଁ। ପରମେଶ୍ବର !ତୁମ୍ଭ କୋର୍ଧରେ ସହେି ଜାତିଗଣକୁ ନିମ୍ନ ଆଡ଼କୁ ନଇେଆସ।
Shall they escape by iniquity? in thine anger cast down the people, O God.
8 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିଶ୍ଚଯ ମାରେ ଦୁଃଖର ହିସାବ ରଖିଥିବି। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିଶ୍ଚିତଭାବରେ ଜାଣିଥିବ ୟେ, ମୁଁ କେତେ କ୍ରନ୍ଦନ କଲି। ନିଶ୍ଚିତରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାରେ ସମସ୍ତ ଅଶ୍ରୁଜଳରେ ହିସାବ ରଖିଛ।
Thou tellest my wanderings: put thou my tears into thy bottle: are they not in thy book?
9 ମୁଁ ଜାଣେ କେତବେେଳେ ମୁଁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ ପାଇଁ ଡ଼ାକିବି, ମାରେ ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣ ବୁଲିପଡ଼ିବେ ଏବଂ ଦୌଡ଼ିବେ। ମୁଁ ତାହା ଜାଣେ କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାରେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର।
When I cry unto thee, then shall mine enemies turn back: this I know; for God is for me.
10 ମୁଁ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ବାକ୍ଯର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିବି। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାେତେ କରିଥିବା ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା ପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ତାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିବି।
In God will I praise his word: in the Lord will I praise his word.
11 ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ମୁଁ ନିର୍ଭର କରେ। ତଣେୁ ମୁଁ ଭୟ କରିବି ନାହିଁ। ଲୋକମାନେ ମାରେ କ'ଣ କରିବେ !
In God have I put my trust: I will not be afraid what man can do unto me.
12 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟରେ କରିଥିବା ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା, ମୁଁ ପୂରଣ କରିବି। ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଧନ୍ଯବାଦ ରୂପକ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ଦବେି।
Thy vows are upon me, O God: I will render praises unto thee.
13 କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାେତେ ମୃତ୍ଯୁମୁଖରୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିଛ, ମାେତେ ପରାସ୍ତ ହବୋରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିଛ। ତଣେୁ ମୁଁ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଉପସ୍ଥିତିରେ ଚାଲିବି, ଜୀବନ ପ୍ରଦାନକାରୀ ରଶ୍ମି ତୁଲ୍ଯ। ଯେଉଁ ରଶ୍ମି ମାେତେ ଜୀବନ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଅଛି, ସହେି ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବଞ୍ଚିବି।
For thou hast delivered my soul from death: wilt not thou deliver my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living?
