Proverbs 29:20
ଯଦି ଜଣେ କିଛି ଚିନ୍ତା ନ କରି କିଛି କ ହେ, ତା ପ୍ରତି ଭରସା ରଖ ନାହିଁ। ତା ଅପେକ୍ଷା ମୂର୍ଖ ଲୋକଠା ରେ ଭରସା ରଖିଲେ ଭଲ।

ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କଠା ରେ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରିବା ସମୟରେ ସାବଧାନ ହୁଅ। ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଆଗ ରେ କୌଣସି କଥା କହିବା ପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଚିତ୍ତ ଚଞ୍ଚଳ ନ ହେଉ। କାରଣ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସ୍ବର୍ଗ ରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପୃଥିବୀ ରେ ଅଛ। ଏଣୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର କଥା ଅଳ୍ପ ହେଉ।

ମୂର୍ଖ ଆପଣାର ସବୁ କୋରଧ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରେ। ମାତ୍ର ଜ୍ଞାନୀ ତାହା ସମ୍ଭାଳି କ୍ଷାନ୍ତକରେ।
