ଯିହୁଦା ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀର ପାଖ ରେ ଇଷାଖର ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଛାଉଣୀ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବେ। ଜୁଆର ପୁତ୍ର ନେଥନିଯଲ, ଇଷାଖର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଅଧିପତି ହବେ।
