ଆଦି ପୁସ୍ତକ 9:16
ପୁଣି ଇନ୍ଦ୍ରଧନୁ ହେଲ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହା ପ୍ରତି ଦୃଷ୍ଟିପାତ କରିବା। ତହିଁରେ ପୃଥିବୀସ୍ଥ ସମସ୍ତ ସଜୀବ ପ୍ରାଣୀ ସହିତ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ଯେଉଁ ଅନନ୍ତକାଳସ୍ଥାଯୀ ନିଯମ ଅଛି, ତାହା ମୁଁ ସ୍ମରଣ କରିବି।

| living | נֶ֣פֶשׁ | nepeš | NEH-fesh |
| creature | חַיָּ֔ה | ḥayyâ | ha-YA |
| of all | בְּכָל | bĕkāl | beh-HAHL |
| flesh | בָּשָׂ֖ר | bāśār | ba-SAHR |
| that | אֲשֶׁ֥ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| is upon | עַל | ʿal | al |
| the earth. | הָאָֽרֶץ׃ | hāʾāreṣ | ha-AH-rets |
