2 Kings 13:9
ଅନନ୍ତର ଯିହାୟୋଦାରଶ୍ଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ଯୁ ହେଲା ଓ ଲୋକମାନେ ଶମରିଯା ରେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ପୁର୍ବପୁରୁଷଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ କବର ଦେଲେ। ତାଙ୍କ ଅନ୍ତେ ତାଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ର ଯୋୟାଶ୍ ରାଜ୍ଯ ଶାସନ କଲେ।

ଯିହୁଦା ରେ ଯୋୟାଶ୍ ରାଜାଙ୍କ ସପ୍ତତ୍ରିଂଶ ବର୍ଷ ରାଜତ୍ବ କାଳ ରେ ଯିହାୟୋଦାରଶ୍ଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ର ଯୋୟାଶ୍ ଶମରିଯା ରେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଉପରେ ରାଜତ୍ବ କରିବାକୁ ୟାଇ ଷୋହଳ ବର୍ଷ ରାଜ୍ଯଶାସନ କଲେ।

ୟୋଯାଶ୍ଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ଯୁ ହେଲା ଓ ସେ ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷଗଣଙ୍କ ସହିତ କବର ନେଲେ। ୟାରବିଯାମ ତାଙ୍କ ଅନ୍ତେ ସିଂହାସନ ରେ ଉପବିଷ୍ଟ ହେଲେ ଓ ଯୋୟାଶ୍ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ରାଜାମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଶମରିଯା ରେ କବର ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହେଲେ।

ଅମତସିଯ ଯହେୂଙ୍କ ପୌତ୍ର ଓ ଯିହାୟୋଦାରହସ୍ଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ର ୟୋଯାଶଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ସନ୍ଦେଶବାହ ପଠାଇଲେ, ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ରାଜା କହୁଛନ୍ତି, ଆସ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ପରସ୍ପର ସମ୍ମୁଖା ସମ୍ମୁଖୀ ହାଇେ ୟୁଦ୍ଧ କରିବା।
