1 Chronicles 22:18
ଦାଉଦ ଏହି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ସହିତ ରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଶାନ୍ତିର ଏକ ସମୟ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି। ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗ ରେ ବାସ କରୁଥିବା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଅଧୀନସ୍ଥ ହାଇେଅଛି।

କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଏକ ପୁତ୍ର ଅଛି, ଯେ କି ଶାନ୍ତିପ୍ରିଯ ଅଟେ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପୁତ୍ରକୁ ଶାନ୍ତି ରେ ଏକ ସମୟ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା। ତା'ପରେ ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗ ରେ ଥିବା ଶତ୍ରୁମାନେ ତାହାକୁ ବ୍ଯତିବ୍ଯସ୍ତ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ତାହାର ନାମ ଶଲୋମନ, ଶଲୋମନ ରାଜା ହବୋ ସମୟରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲକୁ ଶାନ୍ତି ଓ ସ୍ଥିରତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା।

ଏହାପରେ ଦାଉଦ, ଯେତବେେଳେ ନୂତନ ଗୃହକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଗମନ କଲେ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ତାଙ୍କର ଚତକ୍ସ୍ଟର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସ୍ଥିତ ଶତୃମାନଙ୍କଠାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଶାନ୍ତି ପ୍ରଦାନ କଲେ।

ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲବାସୀଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ତାଙ୍କ ଚତକ୍ସ୍ଟଃପାଶର୍ବ ରେ ଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ଶତୃଙ୍କଠାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଶାନ୍ତି ପ୍ରଦାନ କଲେ। ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ନିରାପତ୍ତା ଦେଲେ। ଏହିପରି ବହକ୍ସ୍ଟତ ଦିନପରେ ଯିହାଶୂେୟ ବୃଦ୍ଧ ହାଇଗେଲେ।

ସେଥିପାଇଁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏହି ବିଷୟ ରେ କ'ଣ କହିବା? ଯଦି ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଆମ୍ଭ ସହିତ ଅଛନ୍ତି, ତାହାହେଲେ କୌଣସି ଲୋକ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ପରାଜିତ କରି ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ।

ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିଷଯରେ ଶୁଣିଅଛୁ। ଆମ୍ଭର ପିତୃପୁରୁଷଙ୍କୁ ଜୀବନ କାଳରେ ଓ ପୁର୍ବରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ୟାହାସବୁ କରିଥିଲ ତାହା ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଶୁଣିଅଛୁ। ସମାନେେ ତାହା ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜଣାଇଅଛନ୍ତି।

ଦୟାକରି ମାେତେ ମାରେ କରିଥିବା ଦୋଷ ପାଇଁ କ୍ଷମା କରନ୍ତକ୍ସ୍ଟ। ମୁ ଜାଣେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ପରିବାରକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ କରିବେ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏପରି କରିଛନ୍ତି, କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ତାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରତିରୋଧ ରେ ୟକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ କରିଅଛ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବଞ୍ଚିଥିବା ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ କୌଣସି ଲୋକ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦୋଷ ବାଛି ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ।

ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଦୂତ ତାଙ୍କ ଆଗ ରେ ଦର୍ଶନ ଦେଲେ ଓ କହିଲେ, ହେ ମହାବିକ୍ରମଶାଳି ଲୋକ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ସଙ୍ଗେ ଅଛନ୍ତି।
ଯିହୋଶୂୟ 22:4
ଆପଣମାନଙ୍କର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲବାସୀଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଶାନ୍ତି ଦବୋ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରିଥିଲେ। ଏବଂ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ଯ ରକ୍ଷା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ତେଣୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସ୍ବଗୃହକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ପ୍ରତ୍ଯାବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିପାରିବ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ସବେକ ମାଶାେ ୟର୍ଦ୍ଦନ ନଦୀର ପୂର୍ବ ପାଶର୍ବ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭୂମି ଦଇେଛନ୍ତି। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସଠାେକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ସ୍ବଗୃହକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ୟାଇପାର।

ଯିହାଶୂେୟ ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ ଦେଶ ଓ ରାଜାଗଣଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଏକାବଳେକେ ହସ୍ତଗତ କଲେ। କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ପକ୍ଷ ରେ ୟକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ କଲେ।

କାରଣ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭସହିତ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ୟକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ରେ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରିବେ ଓ ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ୟକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଜଯ ୟକ୍ସ୍ଟକ୍ତ କରାଇବେ।'

କିନ୍ତୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଯେଉଁ ଦେଶ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅଧିକାର କରାଇବେ, ସଠାେକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଯେତବେେଳେ ୟର୍ଦ୍ଦନ ପାର ହାଇେ ୟିବ ଓ ସଠାେରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିବ। ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଚତକ୍ସ୍ଟର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସ୍ତ ସମସ୍ତ ଶତୃଗଣଠାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଶ୍ରାମ ଦବେେ, ଏବଂ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ନିର୍ଭୟ ରେ ବାସ କରିବ।
