ସମାନଙ୍କେର ସମାଗମ ତମ୍ବୁ ନିକଟରେ ରକ୍ଷକ ହବେେ। ସମଗ୍ର ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ସମାଜ ପାଇଁ ସମାନେେ ମଧ୍ଯ ପବିତ୍ର ଛାଉଣୀର କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରିବେ।

ପୁଣି ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଅର୍ଦ୍ଧାଂଶରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମନୁଷ୍ଯ,ଗୋରୁ, ଗର୍ଦ୍ଦଭ ଓ ମଷୋଦି ସମସ୍ତ ପଶୁ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ପ୍ରତି ପଚାଶର ଗୋଟିଏ ଲଖାଏଁେ ନଇେ ଲବେୀୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦିଅ। କାରଣ ସମାନେେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପବିତ୍ର ତମ୍ବୁର ରକ୍ଷକ ଅଟନ୍ତି।

ଏହା ହେଉଛି ଲବେୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ପାତ୍ର। ପଚିଶ ବର୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ଲବେୀୟମାନେ ସମାଗମ ତମ୍ବୁ ରେ ସବୋକାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ମନୋନୀତ ହବେେ।

ଯାଜକ ହାରୋଣର ପୁତ୍ର ଇଲିଯାସର ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ପ୍ରଧାନ ଲବେୀୟମାନଙ୍କର ଅଧିପତି। ସେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ପବିତ୍ର ବିଷଯର କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରନ୍ତି ସମାନଙ୍କେର ତତ୍ତ୍ବାବଧାନ କରିବ।
