ଏହାପରେ ଲବେୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ଛାଉଣୀ ସହିତ ସମାଗମ ତମ୍ବୁ ଛାଉଣୀ ମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ହାଇେ ଅଗ୍ରସର ହବେ। ସମାନେେ ସହେି ନିଯମ ରେ ଅଗ୍ରସର ହବେେ, ଯେପରି ଛାଉଣୀ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବେ, ସମସ୍ତେ ତାଙ୍କ ଧ୍ବଜା ପାଖ ରେ ସର୍ବଦା ରହିବେ।
