ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭ ସହିତ ବାସ କରୁଥିବା ଜଣେ ବିଦେଶୀ ଲୋକ କିମ୍ବା ସେ ସମନ୍ଧ ରେ କୌଣସି ବିଦେଶୀଗତ ସ୍ଥାଯୀ ଅଧିବାସୀ କିମ୍ବା ଯେ କହେି ତୁମ୍ଭ ସହିତ ଦିର୍ଘଦିନ ଧରି ବାସ କରୁଥିବା ଲୋକ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ସୁବାସିତ ଉପହାର ଅର୍ପଣ କରିବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରେ, ତବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରତି ପ୍ରୟୁଜ୍ଯ ହେଉଥିବା ସମାନ ପଦ୍ଧତି ତା'ପାଇଁ ଅନୁସୃତ ହବୋ ଉଚିତ୍।
