Nehemiah 2:17
ଏହାପରେ ମୁଁ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ କହିଲି, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଦେଖି ପାରୁଛ ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଖରାପ ଅବସ୍ଥା ରେ ଅଛୁ। ୟିରୁଶାଲମ କିପରି ଉଜାଡ ହାଇେ ପଡିଛି ଏବଂ ଦ୍ବାରସବୁ ଅଗ୍ନି ରେ ଦଗ୍ଧ ହାଇେଅଛି। ନିନ୍ଦିତ ନ ହବୋ ଆସ, ଆସ ପୁଣି ଥରେ ୟିରୁଶାଲମର ପ୍ରାଚୀରକୁ ପୁନଃନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବା।

ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଯାକୁବର ସକଳ ବାସସ୍ଥାନ ଧ୍ବଂସ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ତାହାପ୍ରତି ଦୟା କରି ନାହାଁନ୍ତି। ସେ ଆପଣା କୋରଧ ରେ ଯିହୁଦା କନ୍ଯାର ଦୃଢ଼ ଦୁର୍ଗଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଉତ୍ପାଟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତାହାର ରାଜ୍ଯ ଓ ତା'ର ଅଧିପତିମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭୂମିସାତ୍ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
