ସପ୍ତାହର ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନର ବଡି ସକାଳୁ ଯୀଶୁ ମୃତ୍ଯୁରୁ ପୁନରୁତ୍ଥିତ ହେଲେ। ସର୍ବ ପ୍ରଥମେ ସେ ମଗ୍ଦଲୀନୀ ମରୀୟମଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ନିଜକୁ ଦଖାେ ଦେଲେ। ଅତୀତ ରେ ଥରେ ଯୀଶୁ ଏହି ମରିୟମଙ୍କଠାରୁ ସାତଟି ଭୂତଙ୍କୁ ତଡି ଦଇେଥିଲେ।
