ସମାନେେ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କ ବନ୍ଦୀ କରି ମହାୟାଜକଙ୍କ ଘର ଭିତରକୁ ନଇଗେଲେ। ପିତର ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପେଛପେଛ ଗଲେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ସେ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କ ପାଖାପାଖି ଆସୁ ନଥିଲେ।

କିନ୍ତୁ ପିତର ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ପ୍ରଭୁ, ମୁଁ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ସହିତ କାରାଗାରକୁ ୟିବାକୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ଅଛି। ଏପରିକି ମୁଁ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ସହିତ ମରିବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ଅଛି।
