କିମ୍ବା ଯଦି କୌଣସି ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି କିଛି ଅଶୁଚି ଦ୍ରବ୍ଯ ସ୍ପର୍ଶ କରେ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ଅଶୁଚି ପଶୁର ଶବ, କି ଅଶୁଚି ଗୋମଷୋଦି ଶବ କି ଅଶୁଚି ଉ ରୋଗାମୀ ପ୍ରାଣୀର ଶବ ସ୍ପର୍ଶ କରେ ଓ ଯଦି ସେ ଏହା ଅଜାଣତ ରେ କରିଥାଏ ତଥାପି ସେ ଅପରାଧୀ ହବେ।

କିମ୍ବା ଯଦି କୌଣସି ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି କିଛି ଅଶୁଚି ଦ୍ରବ୍ଯ ସ୍ପର୍ଶ କରେ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ଅଶୁଚି ପଶୁର ଶବ, କି ଅଶୁଚି ଗୋମଷୋଦି ଶବ କି ଅଶୁଚି ଉ ରୋଗାମୀ ପ୍ରାଣୀର ଶବ ସ୍ପର୍ଶ କରେ ଓ ଯଦି ସେ ଏହା ଅଜାଣତ ରେ କରିଥାଏ ତଥାପି ସେ ଅପରାଧୀ ହବେ।
