ମାତ୍ର ସହେି କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ମହୋଲ୍ଲାସ-ଉତ୍ସବ ସମୟରେ ମୁକ୍ତ ହେଲେ ତାହା ବିଶଷେ ଉପହାର ତୁଲ୍ଯ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ପବିତ୍ର ହବେ ଓ ତହିଁରେ ଯାଜକର ଅଧିକାର ହବେ।

ତବେେ ସେ ଯାହା ବିକ୍ରଯ କରିଅଛି ତାହା ମହୋଲ୍ଲାସ-ଉତ୍ସବ ବର୍ଷ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ କ୍ରଯକର୍ତ୍ତା ହସ୍ତ ରେ ରହିବ। ପୁଣି ତାହା ମହୋଲ୍ଲାସ-ଉତ୍ସବ ସମୟରେ ମୁକ୍ତ ହବେ ଓ ପୁନର୍ବାର ସେ ପ୍ରକୃତ ଲୋକର ଅଧିକାରକୁ ଫରେିୟିବ।

ଯଦି କୌଣସି ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ବିଶଷେ ଉପହାର ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରେ, ଏହା ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି, ପଶୁ କିମ୍ବା ଖଣ୍ଡେ ଜାଗା ହାଇପୋ ରେ। ତାହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଅଧିକୃତ ବସ୍ତୁ ତାହା ବିକ୍ରୀ ବା ମୁକ୍ତ ହବେ ନାହିଁ। ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଜିନିଷ ଗୋଟିଏ ମହାନ୍ ଉପହାର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଅତି ପବିତ୍ର ଅଟେ।
