ମାତ୍ର ଲବେୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ନଗରର ଗ୍ଭରିପାଖ ରେ ଥିବା କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ଓ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତର ଭୂମି ବିକ୍ରଯ କରାୟିବ ନାହିଁ, କାରଣ ତାହା ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଅନନ୍ତକାଳୀନ ଅଧିକାର।

ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦିଅ, ସମାନେେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଅଧିକୃତ ଭାଗରୁ କେତକେ ବସତି ନଗର ଲୋବୀଯମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ। ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଲବେୀୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ସହେି ନଗର ମାନ ଓ ସେ ସବୁର ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସ୍ଥ ଚାରଣଭୂମି ଦବେ।
