ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମହୋଲ୍ଲାସ-ଉତ୍ସବ ବର୍ଷର ଆଧିକ୍ଯ ଅନୁସାରେ ତହିଁର ମୂଲ୍ଯ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିବ ଓ ବର୍ଷର ନ୍ଯୁନତା ଅନୁସାରେ ମୂଲ୍ଯ ଊଣା କରିବ, କାରଣ ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବର୍ଷର ସଂଖ୍ଯା ଅନୁସାରେ ଭୂମି ଜାତ ଦ୍ରବ୍ଯ ବିକ୍ରଯ କରିବ।
