ଆଉ ଯାଜକଗଣ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ମସ୍ତକ ମୁଣ୍ଡନ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ଆପଣା ଦାଢିର କୋଣ କ୍ଷୌର କରିବେ ନାହିଁ, କିମ୍ବା ନିଜ ନିଜ ଶରୀର ରେ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରାଘାତ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ।

ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ନିଜ ନିଜ ମସ୍ତକର କଣସବୁ ଗୋଲାକାର କରିବ ନାହିଁ କିମ୍ବା ନିଜ ନିଜ ଦାଢିର କୋଣ ମୁଣ୍ଡନ କରିବ ନାହିଁ।

ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅବସର ଦିନକୁ ମୃତ ଲୋକର ଶୋକ ଦିବସ ରେ ପରିଣତ କରାଇବା ଏବଂ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସମସ୍ତ ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ମୃତ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ବିଳାପ ରେ ପରିଣତ ହବେ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଦୁଃଖ ବସ୍ତ୍ର ପରିଧାନ କରାଇବା ଓ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କର ମସ୍ତକକୁ ଲଣ୍ତା କରାଇବା। ଗୋଟିଏ ଲୋକର ଏକମାତ୍ର ସନ୍ତାନର ମୃତ୍ଯୁ ରେ ଯେପରି ଆକୁଳ କ୍ରନ୍ଦନ କରାୟାଏ ସହେିପରି କରୁଣ ବିଳାପ କରାଇବା। ଏହା ଅତି ଦୁଃଖର ଅନ୍ତିମ ପରିଣତି ହବେ।

ରାଜ ପରିବାର ଓ ଦୀବୋନର ଲୋକମାନେ ପୂଜା ସ୍ଥଳୀକୁ ରୋଦନ କରିବାକୁ ୟାଇଛନ୍ତି। ମାୟୋବର ଲୋକମାନେ ନବେୋ ଓ ମଦବୋ ପାଇଁ କାନ୍ଦୁଛନ୍ତି। ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଦୁଃଖ ଭାବ ଜଣାଇବା ପାଇଁ ମସ୍ତକ ଲଣ୍ଡା, କରିଛନ୍ତି ଓ ଦାଢ଼ି କାଟିଅଛନ୍ତି।

ମାଶାେ ହାରୋଣଙ୍କୁ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ର ଇଲୀଯାସର ଓ ଈଥାମରଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ବସ୍ତ୍ର ଚିର ନାହିଁ କି କେଶ ମୁକୁଳା କର ନାହିଁ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଦୁଃଖ ପ୍ରକାଶ କର ନାହିଁ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୁଁ ଆଦେଶ ଦବୋଭଳି କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କର ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ମୃତ୍ଯୁବରଣ କରିବ ନାହିଁଏବଂ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସମଗ୍ର ମଣ୍ଡଳୀ ଉପରେ ରାଗିବେ ନାହିଁ। ମାତ୍ର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଯେଉଁ ଅଗ୍ନିଦାହ ପ୍ରଜ୍ବଳିତ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେଥିପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଭାତୃବର୍ଗଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସମସ୍ତ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ବଂଶ ରୋଦନ କରନ୍ତୁ।
