Judges 9:5
ଅବୀମଲକେ ନିଜର ପିତୃଗୃହ ଆଫ୍ରାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଗଲା। ସେ ତା'ର ସତକ୍ସ୍ଟରି ଜଣ ଭାଇମାନଙ୍କୁ ସଠାେରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ପଥର ରେ ହତ୍ଯା କଲା। କିନ୍ତୁ ୟିରକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଦାଲ୍ର କନିଷ୍ଠ ପକ୍ସ୍ଟତ୍ର ନିଜକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଲକ୍ସ୍ଟଗ୍ଭଇ ରଖିଲା। ତା'ର ନାମ ଯୋଥମ୍ ଥିଲା।

ଗିଦ୍ଦିୟୋନଙ୍କର ନିଜର ସତକ୍ସ୍ଟରିଜଣ ସନ୍ତାନ ଥିଲେ। ତାଙ୍କର ବହକ୍ସ୍ଟତ ସନ୍ତାନ ଥିଲେ କାରଣ ତାଙ୍କର ବହକ୍ସ୍ଟତ ପତ୍ନୀ ଥିଲେ।

ଶିଖିମ୍ ପ୍ରଚୀନମାନଙ୍କୁ ପଗ୍ଭର: 'ଯଦି ୟିରକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଦାଲ୍ର ସତକ୍ସ୍ଟରି ପକ୍ସ୍ଟତ୍ର ୟାକ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ଉପରେ ଶାସନ କରନ୍ତି କିମ୍ବା ଯଦି ଜଣେ ମାତ୍ର ପକ୍ସ୍ଟତ୍ର ଶାସନ କଲେ, ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ପାଇଁ ଭଲ ହବେ କି? ମନରେଖ ମୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ରକ୍ତ ସଐର୍କୀଯ।'

ଦୂତ କହିଲେ, ଉଠ, ପିଲାଟିକୁ ଓ ତା ମାଆକୁ ନଇେ ଇସ୍ରାଯାଲ ଦେଶକୁ ଯାଅ। କାରଣ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ପିଲାଟିକୁ ମାରିଦବୋକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରୁଥିଲେ, ସମାନେେ ଏବେ ମରିଗଲଣେି।
