ଅନ୍ୟ ଶିଷ୍ଯମାନେ ଥୋମାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖିଲୁ। ଥୋମା କହିଲେ, ମୁଁ ତାହାଙ୍କ ହାତ ରେ କଣ୍ଟାଦାଗ ନ ଦେଖିଲା ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ବିଶ୍ବାସ କରିବି ନାହିଁ। ମୁଁ ମାରେ ଆଙ୍ଗୁଠି ସହେି କଣ୍ଟାର ଦାଗ ରେ ନରଖିବା ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ କକ୍ଷଦେଶ ରେ ମାରେ ହାତ ନଦବୋ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ, ମୁଁ ବିଶ୍ବାସ କରିବି ନାହିଁ।
