Job 19
1 ତା'ପରେ ଆୟୁବ ଉତ୍ତର ଦଲୋ,
2 ତୁମ୍ଭେ କେତେ କାଳ ମାେତେ ଆଘାତ କରିବ ଏବଂ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବାକ୍ଯ ଦ୍ବାରା ଭାଙ୍ଗିବ ?
3 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ମାେତେ ଦଶଥର ଅପମାନିତ କଲଣି। ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଟିକେ ଲଜ୍ଜା ଲାଗୁନି ଯେତବେେଳେ ମାେତେ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରୁଛ।
4 ଯଦି ବି ସତ ରେ ପାପ କରିଛି, ଏହା ମାରେ ସମସ୍ଯା। ଏହା କୌଣସି ପ୍ରକା ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଆଘାତ କରୁ ନାହିଁ।
5 ତୁମ୍ଭେ କବଳେ ମାଠାରୁେ ଭଲ ହବୋ ପାଇଁ ଚାହୁଁଛ। ତେଣୁ ମାରେ ଅପମାନିତ ଅବସ୍ଥାକୁ ମାେ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଏକ ୟୁକ୍ତି ରୂପେ ବ୍ଯବହାର କରୁଛ।
6 କିନ୍ତୁ ସେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ମାେ ପ୍ରତି ଭୁଲ କରିଛନ୍ତି ? ସେ ମାେତେ ଧରିବାକୁ ନିଜର ଫାନ୍ଦ ବସାଇଲେ।
7 ମୁଁ ଚିତ୍କାର କଲି, କିନ୍ତୁ କହେି ମାରେ ରବ ଶୁଣି ସହାୟତା ପାଇଁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ ନାହିଁ। ମୁଁ ଚିତ୍କାର କଲି, ମାେତେ ରକ୍ଷା କର ! କିନ୍ତୁ ସଠାେରେ ନ୍ଯାଯ ନାହିଁ।
8 ପରମେଶ୍ବର ମାରେ ପଥରୋଧ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ମୁଁ ତାହାକୁ ଅତିକ୍ରମ କରିବି ନାହିଁ। ସେ ମାରେ ବାଟକୁ ଅନ୍ଧକାର ରେ ବୁଡ଼ାଇ ରଖିଛନ୍ତି।
9 ପରମେଶ୍ବର ମାରେ ସମ୍ମାନକୁ କାଢ଼ି ନଇେଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ମାରେ ମସ୍ତକରୁ ମୁକୁଟ କାଢ଼ି ନଇେଛନ୍ତି।
10 ପରମେଶ୍ବର ମାେତେ ସବୁ ଦିଗର ଆଘାତ କରୁଛନ୍ତି, ମୁଁ ଶଷେ ନ ହେଲା ୟାଏ। ଉତ୍ପାଡ଼ିତ ବୃକ୍ଷ ତୁଲ୍ଯ, ସେ ମାରେ ଆଗକୁ କାଢ଼ି ନଇେଛନ୍ତି।
11 ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ରାଗ ମାେ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ପ୍ରଜ୍ବଳିତ ହବୋ ରେ ଲାଗିଛି। ସେ ମାେତେ ତାଙ୍କର ଶତ୍ରୁ ଭାବୁଛନ୍ତି।
12 ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତାଙ୍କର ସୈନ୍ଯଦଳମାନଙ୍କୁ ମାେ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରିବାକୁ ପଠାଇଛନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ମାରେ ଚତୁଃପାଶର୍ବ ରେ ଆକ୍ରମଣ ପାଇଁ ଦୁର୍ଗ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏବଂ ସମାନେେ ମାରେ ଛାଉଣୀର ଚତୁଃପାଶର୍ବ ରେ ଛାଉଣୀ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
13 ସେ ମାରେ ଭାଇମାନଙ୍କୁ ମାଠାରୁେ ବହୁତ ଦୂରକୁ ନଇୟୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ମାରେ ନିଜର ସାଙ୍ଗମାନେ ମାେ ପାଇଁ ଅଚିହ୍ନା ହାଇେଛନ୍ତି।
14 ମାରେ ଜ୍ଞାତିମାନେ ମାେତେ ଛାଡ଼ି ଚାଲିଗଲେ। ମାରେ ବନ୍ଧୁମାନେ ମାେତେ ଭୁଲିଗଲେ।
15 ମାେ ଘରକୁ ଆସୁଥିବା ଆଗନ୍ତୁକ ଏପରିକି ଦାସୀମାନେ ମଧ୍ଯ ମାେତେ ଏପରି ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ରେ ଦେଖୁଛନ୍ତି ଯେପରିକି ମୁଁ ଜଣେ ଅପରିଚିତ ବିଦେଶୀ।
16 ମୁଁ ଚାକରମାନଙ୍କୁ ଡାକିଲେ ସମାନେେ ମାେତେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଅନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ମୁଁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କଲେ ବି ମାରେ ଚାକରମାନେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଅନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।
17 ମାରେ ପତ୍ନୀ ମାରେ ନିଶ୍ବାସର ପବନକୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ଘୃଣା କରେ। ଓ ନିଜ ଭାଇମାନେ ମାେତେ ଘୃଣା କରନ୍ତି।
18 େଛାଟ ପିଲାମାନେ ମାେତେ ଦେଖି ଥଟ୍ଟା କରନ୍ତି ଓ ମାେତେ ଖରାପ କଥା କହି ଗାଳି ଦିଅନ୍ତି। ଯେତବେେଳେ ମୁଁ ତାଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ୟାଏ।
19 ମାରେ ନିକଟତମ ବନ୍ଧୁମାନେ ମାେତେ ଘୃଣା କରନ୍ତି। ମୁଁ ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭଲପାଏ, ସମାନେେ ମାେ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି।
20 ତେଣୁ ମୁଁ ଅତି କ୍ଷୀଣ ହାଇଗଲିେଣି। ମାରେ ଚର୍ମ ଓହଳି ପଡ଼ିଲାଣି। ମାରେ ଚମଡ଼ା ମାରେ ହାତ ଉପରେ ଝୁଲୁଛି। ମାରେ ଅଳ୍ପ ଜୀବନ ବାକିଅଛି।
21 ମାେତେ ଦୟା କରନ୍ତୁ। ମାରେ ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣ ମାେତେ ଦୟାକର। କାହିଁକି ? କାରଣ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ମାେ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ।
22 କାହିଁକି ? ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାେତେ ଅତ୍ଯାଚାର କରୁଛ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ପରି ? ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାେତେ ଆଘାତ ଦଇେ ଦଇେ କ'ଣ କ୍ଲାନ୍ତି ଅନୁଭବ କରୁ ନାହଁ ?
23 ମୁଁ ଚା ହେଁ କହେି ଜଣେ ମନରେଖୁ ଯାହା ମୁଁ କହୁଛି ଓ ଯାହା ଗୋଟିଏ ବହି ରେ ଲେଖିଛି। ମୁଁ ଚା ହେଁ ମାରେ କଥାସବୁ ପୁସ୍ତକରେ ଲିଖିତ ହାଇରହେୁ।
24 ମାରେ ଲୁହା ଲେଖନୀ ଓ ସୀସା ଦ୍ବାରା ମାରେ ବାକ୍ଯସବୁ ଖାଦେିତ ହବୋ ଉଚିତ୍। ସଗେୁଡ଼ିକ ଚିରଦିନ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ଉପରେ ଖାଦେିତ ହବୋ ଉଚିତ୍।
25 ମୁଁ ଜାଣେ ମାରେ ରକ୍ଷାକର୍ତ୍ତା ଜୀବିତ ଏବଂ ଶଷେ ରେ ସେ ମାେତେ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପୃଥିବୀ ରେ ଠିଆ ହବେେ।
26 ମାରେ ଚମଡ଼ା ଧ୍ବଂସ ହେଲା ପରି, ବିନା ମାଂସ ରେ ମୁଁ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖିବି।
27 ମୁଁ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କୁ ନିଜ ଆଖି ରେ ଦେଖିବି। ମୁଁ ମାରେନିଜ ପାଇଁ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖିବି। ମୁଁ ଇଚ୍ଛାକରେ ମାରେ ନିଜ ଆଖି ତାଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖିବ ଅନ୍ୟ କାହାର ଆଖି ନୁହେଁ। ମାରେ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଅନୁଭବ ଦ୍ବାରା, ମୁଁ କ୍ଲାନ୍ତ ହାଇେ ପଡ଼ିଛି।
28 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ହୁଏତ କହିପାର, ଆମ୍ଭେ କିପରି ତାକୁ ହଇରାଣ କରିବା। ତଥାପି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଚିନ୍ତା କରୁଛ, ସମସ୍ଯାର ମୂଳ ମାଠାେ ରେ ଅଛି।'
29 କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିଜେ ଖଡ୍ଗ ଦ୍ବାରା ଭୟଭୀତ ହବେ। କାରଣ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଦୋଷୀକୁ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦିଅନ୍ତି। ପରମେଶ୍ବର କବଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦବୋକୁ ତାଙ୍କର ଖଡ୍ଗ ବ୍ଯବହାର କରିବେ। ସେତବେେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଣିବ ଯେ ଉପୟୁକ୍ତ ସମୟ ଆସିଲେ ସେ ହିଁ ନ୍ଯାଯ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରି ବିଚାର କରନ୍ତି।
1 Then Job answered and said,
2 How long will ye vex my soul, and break me in pieces with words?
3 These ten times have ye reproached me: ye are not ashamed that ye make yourselves strange to me.
4 And be it indeed that I have erred, mine error remaineth with myself.
5 If indeed ye will magnify yourselves against me, and plead against me my reproach:
6 Know now that God hath overthrown me, and hath compassed me with his net.
7 Behold, I cry out of wrong, but I am not heard: I cry aloud, but there is no judgment.
8 He hath fenced up my way that I cannot pass, and he hath set darkness in my paths.
9 He hath stripped me of my glory, and taken the crown from my head.
10 He hath destroyed me on every side, and I am gone: and mine hope hath he removed like a tree.
11 He hath also kindled his wrath against me, and he counteth me unto him as one of his enemies.
12 His troops come together, and raise up their way against me, and encamp round about my tabernacle.
13 He hath put my brethren far from me, and mine acquaintance are verily estranged from me.
14 My kinsfolk have failed, and my familiar friends have forgotten me.
15 They that dwell in mine house, and my maids, count me for a stranger: I am an alien in their sight.
16 I called my servant, and he gave me no answer; I intreated him with my mouth.
17 My breath is strange to my wife, though I intreated for the children’s sake of mine own body.
18 Yea, young children despised me; I arose, and they spake against me.
19 All my inward friends abhorred me: and they whom I loved are turned against me.
20 My bone cleaveth to my skin and to my flesh, and I am escaped with the skin of my teeth.
21 Have pity upon me, have pity upon me, O ye my friends; for the hand of God hath touched me.
22 Why do ye persecute me as God, and are not satisfied with my flesh?
23 Oh that my words were now written! oh that they were printed in a book!
24 That they were graven with an iron pen and lead in the rock for ever!
25 For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth:
26 And though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall I see God:
27 Whom I shall see for myself, and mine eyes shall behold, and not another; though my reins be consumed within me.
28 But ye should say, Why persecute we him, seeing the root of the matter is found in me?
29 Be ye afraid of the sword: for wrath bringeth the punishments of the sword, that ye may know there is a judgment.
Luke 12 in Tamil and English
1 அத்தருணத்திலே அநேகமாயிரம் ஜனங்கள் ஒருவரை ஒருவர் மிதிக்கத்தக்கதாகக் கூடிவந்திருக்கையில், அவர் முதலாவது தம்முடைய சீஷரை நோக்கி: நீங்கள் மாயமாகிய பரிசேயருடைய புளித்தமாவைக்குறித்து எச்சரிக்கையாயிருங்கள்.
In the mean time, when there were gathered together an innumerable multitude of people, insomuch that they trode one upon another, he began to say unto his disciples first of all, Beware ye of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.
2 வெளியாக்கப்படாத மறைபொருளுமில்லை, அறியப்படாத இரகசியமுமில்லை.
For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.
3 ஆதலால், நீங்கள் இருளிலே பேசினது எதுவோ, அது வெளிச்சத்திலே கேட்கப்படும்; நீங்கள் அறைகளில் காதிலே சொன்னது எதுவோ, அது வீடுகளின்மேல் கூறப்படும்.
Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops.
4 என் சிநேகிதராகிய உங்களுக்கு நான் சொல்லுகிறேன்: சரீரத்தைக் கொலைசெய்து, அதன்பின்பு அதிகமாக ஒன்றும் செய்யத் திராணியில்லாதவர்களுக்குப் பயப்படாதிருங்கள்.
And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.
5 நீங்கள் இன்னாருக்குப் பயப்படவேண்டுமென்று உங்களுக்குக் காண்பிக்கிறேன்: கொலைசெய்தபின்பு நரகத்திலே தள்ள வல்லமையுள்ளவருக்குப் பயப்படுங்கள்; ஆம், அவருக்கே பயப்படுங்களென்று உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன்.
But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.
6 இரண்டு காசுக்கு ஐந்து அடைக்கலான் குருவிகளை விற்கிறார்களல்லவா? அவைகளில் ஒன்றாகிலும் தேவனால் மறக்கப்படுகிறதில்லை.
Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God?
7 உங்கள் தலையிலுள்ள மயிரெல்லாம் எண்ணப்பட்டிருக்கிறது, ஆகையால் பயப்படாதிருங்கள், அநேகம் அடைக்கலான் குருவிகளைப்பார்க்கிலும் நீங்கள் விசேஷித்தவர்களாயிருக்கிறீர்கள்.
But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.
8 அன்றியும் நான் உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன்: மனுஷர் முன்பாக என்னை அறிக்கைபண்ணுகிறவன் எவனோ அவனை மனுஷகுமாரனும் தேவதூதர் முன்பாக அறிக்கைபண்ணுவார்.
Also I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God:
9 மனுஷர் முன்பாக என்னை மறுதலிக்கிறவன் தேவதூதர் முன்பாக மறுதலிக்கப்படுவான்.
But he that denieth me before men shall be denied before the angels of God.
10 எவனாகிலும் மனுஷகுமாரனுக்கு விரோதமான விசேஷத்தைச் சொன்னால் அது அவனுக்கு மன்னிக்கப்படும்; பரிசுத்த ஆவிக்கு விரோதமாய்த் தூஷணஞ்சொல்லுகிறவனுக்கோ மன்னிக்கப்படுவதில்லை.
And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven.
11 அன்றியும், ஜெபஆலயத்தலைவர்களுக்கும் துரைத்தனத்தார்களுக்கும் அதிகாரமுள்ளவர்களுக்கும் முன்பாக உங்களைக் கொண்டுபோய் விடும்போது: எப்படி, என்னத்தை மாறுத்தரமாகச் சொல்லுவோம் என்றும், எதைப் பேசுவோமென்றும் கவலைப்படாதிருங்கள்.
And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say:
12 நீங்கள் பேசவேண்டியவைகளைப் பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவர் அந்நேரத்திலே உங்களுக்குப் போதிப்பார் என்றார்.
For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.
