ଏହାପ ରେ ଯୋଶିୟଯର ପୁତ୍ର ଯିହୁଦାର ରାଜା ୟିହୋଯାମୀମର ରାଜତ୍ବର ପଞ୍ଚମ ବର୍ଷର ନବମ ମାସ ରେ ୟିରୁଶାଲମର ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ଓ ଯିହୁଦାର ନଗରସମୂହରୁ ୟିରୁଶାଲମକୁ ଆଗତ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସାକ୍ଷାତ ରେ ଉପବାସ ଘାଷେଣା କଲେ।
