ସୈନ୍ଯାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ହେ ଶମଯିଯ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ମା ସଯରେ ପୁତ୍ର ସଫନିଯ ଯାଜକକୁ ଓ ଅନ୍ଯାନ୍ଯ ସମସ୍ତ ଯାଜକମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଆପଣା ନାମ ରେ ଏହି ପତ୍ର ପଠାଅ।
