ଯେଉଁଠା ରେ ଈର୍ଷାଭାବ ଓ ସ୍ବାର୍ଥପର ମନୋଭାବ ଅଛି, ସହେିଠା ରେ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରକାର ବିଶୃଙ୍ଖଳା ଓ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରକାରର ମନ୍ଦତା ଦଖାଯାେଏ।
