Isaiah 51:23
ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ କ୍ଲେଶ ଦଇେଛନ୍ତି, ସହେିମାନଙ୍କ ବିପକ୍ଷ ରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ୟିବା। ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନଇଁପଡ଼, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଉପ ରେ ଗମନ କରିବୁ।' ପୁଣ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଭୂମି ଓ ସଡ଼କପରି ପିଠି ପାତି ଦଇେଛ ଏବଂ ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଉପ ରେ ଗମନାଗମନ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

| soul, thy to | לְנַפְשֵׁ֖ךְ | lĕnapšēk | leh-nahf-SHAKE |
| Bow down, | שְׁחִ֣י | šĕḥî | sheh-HEE |
| over: go may we that | וְנַעֲבֹ֑רָה | wĕnaʿăbōrâ | veh-na-uh-VOH-ra |
| and thou hast laid | וַתָּשִׂ֤ימִי | wattāśîmî | va-ta-SEE-mee |
| thy body | כָאָ֙רֶץ֙ | kāʾāreṣ | ha-AH-RETS |
| ground, the as | גֵּוֵ֔ךְ | gēwēk | ɡay-VAKE |
| and as the street, | וְכַח֖וּץ | wĕkaḥûṣ | veh-ha-HOOTS |
