Isaiah 13:16
ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଗୃହମାନଙ୍କରୁ ସମସ୍ତ ଦ୍ରବ୍ଯ ଲୁଣ୍ଠିତ ହବେ। ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଭାର୍ୟ୍ଯାମାନେ ଧର୍ଷିତା ହବେେ ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ଗୋଚର ରେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର େଛାଟ ପିଲାମାନେ ମୃତ୍ଯୁ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ କୋରଡ଼ା ପାଇବେ।

ସହେି ସୈନ୍ଯମାନେ ବାବିଲ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରି ତା'ର ୟୁବକମାନଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ଯା କରିବେ। ଏପରିକି ଶିଶୁମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ସମାନେେ ଦୟା ଦଖାଇବେେ ନାହିଁ କିମ୍ବା ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଛାଡ଼ିବେ ନାହିଁ। ବାବିଲ ସଦୋମ ଓ ହ ମାରୋର ପରି ସଂପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଧ୍ବଂସ ପାଇବ। ଯେତବେେଳେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ନଷ୍ଟ କରିବେ।
