ନୋହର ପୁତ୍ରମାନେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଧରି ଜାହାଜରୁ ବାହାରିଲେ। ସମାନଙ୍କେର ନାମ, ଶମେ, ହାମ ଓ ଯଫେତ୍ (ହାମ ଥିଲେ କିଣାନର ପିତା)

| and Ham, | וְחָ֣ם | wĕḥām | veh-HAHM |
| and Japheth: | וָיָ֑פֶת | wāyāpet | va-YA-fet |
| and Ham | וְחָ֕ם | wĕḥām | veh-HAHM |
| ה֖וּא | hûʾ | hoo | |
| is the father | אֲבִ֥י | ʾăbî | uh-VEE |
