ତିନିଦିନ ପରେ, ସଇେ ସ୍ଥାନର ଲୋକମାନେ ସୁନ୍ନତ ଯୋଗୁଁ କଷ୍ଟ ରେ ଥିଲେ। ଯାକୁବର ଦୁଇପୁତ୍ର ଶିମିୟୋନ ଓ ଲବେୀ, ତାଙ୍କର ଖଡ୍ଗ ନେଲେ ଏବଂ ସହେି ନଗରର ନିର୍ଭୟ ରେ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ପୁରୁଷମାନଙ୍କୁ ମାରି ଦେଲେ।

ଇସ୍ହାକ ଯାକୁବକୁ ଡ଼ାକି ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ଦେଲେ। ଏହି ଆଜ୍ଞାଦଇେ ତାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ କିଣାନୀଯ କନ୍ଯାକୁ ବିବାହ କରିବ ନାହିଁ।
