ଏହାପରେ ରିବିକା ଦୌଡ଼ିୟାଇ ତାଙ୍କ ପରିବାର ରେ ଏହି କଥା ଜଣାଇଲା।

ମୁଁ ମୁଣ୍ଡ ନୁଆଁଇ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଧନ୍ଯବାଦ କଲି। ସେ ମାରେ କର୍ତ୍ତାଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ର ନିମନ୍ତେ ତାଙ୍କ ଭାତୃ ପୁତ୍ରଙ୍କ କନ୍ଯା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବାକୁ ମାେତେ ପ୍ରକୃତ ପଥରେ କଢ଼ାଇ ଆଣିଲେ। ମାରେ କର୍ତ୍ତା ଆବ୍ରହାମର ସହେି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବଙ୍କର ଧନ୍ଯବାଦ କଲି।

ରିବିକାର ମା ଓ ଭାଇ କହିଲେ, ରିବିକାକୁ ଆମ ସହିତ କିଛି ଦିନ ରହିବାକୁ ଦିଅ। ତାଙ୍କୁ ଆମ ସହିତ ଆଉ ଦଶଦିନ ରହିବାକୁ ଦିଅ। ଏହାପରେ ସେ ୟାଇପାରିବ।

ଏହା ପରେ ଇସ୍ହାକ ସେହି କନ୍ୟାକୁ ତାଙ୍କର ମାଙ୍କ ତମ୍ବୁକୁ ଆଣିଲେ। ସେହି ଦିନ ରିବିକା ଇସ୍ହାକର ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ହେଲେ। ଇସ୍ହାକ ତାଙ୍କୁ ବହୁତ ପ୍ରେମ କଲେ। ତେଣୁ ଇସ୍ହାକ ତାଙ୍କର ମାଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁପରେ ସାନ୍ତ୍ୱନା ପାଇଲେ।

ତେଣୁ ଲାବନ ଯାକୁବର ଛାଉଣୀ ରେ ଖାଜେିଲେ। ତା'ପରେ ସେ ଲୟୋର ଦମ୍ବୁ ରେ ଖାଜେିଲେ। ଏହାପରେ ସେ ଆସି ତାଙ୍କର ଦୁଇ ଦାସୀଙ୍କର ଦମ୍ବୁ ରେ ଖାଜେିଲେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ସଠାେରେ ମଧ୍ଯ ସମାନେେ ପାଇଲେ ନାହିଁ। ଏହାପରେ ଲାବନ ରାହେଲର ତମ୍ବୁକୁ ଗଲେ।
