Genesis 22:9
ପରମେଶ୍ବର କହିଥିବା ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ସମାନେେ ଆସିଲେ। ସଠାେରେ ଅବ୍ରହାମ ଏକ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀ ସ୍ଥାପଲ କଲେ ଏବଂ ଏହା ଉପରେ କାଠ ସଜାଡ଼ିଲେ। ଏହାପରେ ଅବ୍ରହାମ ଇସ୍ହାକକୁ ବାନ୍ଧି ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀର କାଠ ଉପରେ ଶୁଆଇ ଦେଲେ।

ଏହାପରେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର କହିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ପୁତ୍ରକୁ ମାରେିଯାକୁ ନିଅ। ମାରେିଯା ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଏକ ମାତ୍ର ସ୍ନହରେ ପୁତ୍ର ଇସ୍ହାକକୁ ମାେ ନିମନ୍ତେ ହାମେର୍ଥେ ବଳିଦାନ କର। ମୁଁ ଯେଉଁ ପର୍ବତକୁ କହିବି ସହେି ପର୍ବତକୁ ନଇେ ସଠାେରେ ହାମବେଳି କର।
