ଏହାପରେ ଅବ୍ରାମ ସହେି ସ୍ଥାନ ଛାଡ଼ି ବୈଥଲରେ ପୂର୍ବ ଆଡ଼େ ପର୍ବତକୁ ୟାଇ ନିଜର ତମ୍ବୁ ସ୍ଥାପଲ କଲେ। ସଠାେରେ ପଶ୍ଚିମ ରେ ବୈଥେଲ୍ ଓ ପୂର୍ବ ଦିଗ ରେ ଅଯ ନଗର ଥିଲା। ଏବଂ ସହେିଠା ରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ଏକ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନାମ ରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କଲେ।

an altar	וַיִּֽבֶן	wayyiben	va-YEE-ven
Lord, the unto	שָׁ֤ם	šām	shahm
and called	מִזְבֵּ֙חַ֙	mizbēḥa	meez-BAY-HA
upon the name	לַֽיהוָ֔ה	layhwâ	lai-VA
