ଯଦି କୌଣସି ଲୋକ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ନ ମାନିବ, ରାଜାଙ୍କର ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ନ ମାନିବ, ସମାନେେ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ରେ ଦଣ୍ତିତ ହବେେ। ତାହାର ଏହି ଦଣ୍ତ ତାର ଦୋଷ ଉପରେ ନିର୍ଭର କରେ। ତାହା ମୃତ୍ଯୁଦଣ୍ତ ହାଇପୋ ରେ, ନିର୍ବାସିତ ହାଇପୋ ରେ, ତାକୁ ଅର୍ଥଦଣ୍ତ ହାଇପୋ ରେ ବା ବନ୍ଦୀତ୍ବ ଦଣ୍ତ ଦିଆୟାଇ ପା ରେ।
