ପ୍ରଥମ ବର୍ଷ ରେ କୋରସ ପାରସ୍ଯର ରାଜା ଥିଲେ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ଘାଷେଣା ପତ୍ର ଲେଖିବା ପାଇଁ ଉତ୍ସାହିତ କରିଥିଲେ ଓ ଉକ୍ତ ଘାଷେଣାନାମାକୁ ତାଙ୍କ ରାଜ୍ଯର ଗ୍ଭରିଆଡେ ପଢି ଶୁଣାଇ ଥିଲେ। ଯିରିମିୟଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା କୁହାୟାଇଥିବା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ଯ ପୂରଣ କରିବାକୁ ଏହା ଥିଲା। ସହେି ଘାଷେଣା ନାମାଟି ଏହିପରି ଥିଲା।

ପ୍ରଥମ ବର୍ଷ ରେ କୋରସ ପାରସ୍ଯର ରାଜା ଥିଲେ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ଘାଷେଣା ପତ୍ର ଲେଖିବା ପାଇଁ ଉତ୍ସାହିତ କରିଥିଲେ ଓ ଉକ୍ତ ଘାଷେଣାନାମାକୁ ତାଙ୍କ ରାଜ୍ଯର ଗ୍ଭରିଆଡେ ପଢି ଶୁଣାଇ ଥିଲେ। ଯିରିମିୟଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା କୁହାୟାଇଥିବା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ଯ ପୂରଣ କରିବାକୁ ଏହା ଥିଲା। ସହେି ଘାଷେଣା ନାମାଟି ଏହିପରି ଥିଲା।
