ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ମାନ୍ଯ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପାଳନ କରିବେ। ଏହି ନିଯମ ଅନନ୍ତକାଳ ପାଇଁ ସ୍ଥାଯୀ ରହିବ। ଏହା ପୁରୁଷାନୁକ୍ରମେ ପାଳନ କରାୟିବ। ଏହା ଆମ୍ଭ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ମଧିଅରେ ଏକ ଚୁକ୍ତି।
