Esther 7:9
ଏହାପରେ ରାଜାର ସାକ୍ଷାତ ରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହର୍ବୋଣା ନାମକ ଏକ ନଫୁସକ ରାଜାକୁ କହିଲା, ଦେଖନ୍ତୁ, ମହାରାଜାଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷ ରେ ହିତଜନକ ସମ୍ବାଦଦାଯୀ ମର୍ଦ୍ଦୀଖଯ ନିମନ୍ତେ ହାମନ୍ ପଗ୍ଭଶ ହାତ ଉଚ୍ଚ ଫାଶିକାଠ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିଅଛି। ତାହା ହାମନ୍ର ଗୃହ ରେ ସ୍ଥାପିତ ହାଇେଅଛି।

ଅନ୍ୟ ରାଜ୍ଯର ସହେି ଲୋକମାନେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଗାଡ଼ ଖୋଳନ୍ତି ଓ ୟନ୍ତା ବସାନ୍ତି। କିନ୍ତୁ ସମାନେେ ନିଜେ ବସାଇ ଥିବା ୟନ୍ତାରେ ପଡ଼ନ୍ତି। ସହେି ଲୋକମାନେ ଅନ୍ୟକୁ ଧରିବା ପାଇଁ ଫାଶ ବସାଇ ଥାଆନ୍ତି କିନ୍ତୁ ଶଷେରେ ସମାନେେ ନିଜେ ସହେି ଜାଲରେ ଧରାପଡ଼ନ୍ତି।

ଆତଙ୍କ ତା' ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ହଠାତ୍ ବନ୍ଯା ପରି ଆସିବ। ଏବଂ ବାତ୍ଯା ରାତି ରେ ଆସି ତାକୁ ଉଡ଼ାଇ ନଇୟିବେ।

ହାମନ୍ ଏପରି କରିଥିଲେ କିନ୍ତୁ ଏଷ୍ଟର ରାଜାଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଜଣାଇଲେ। ତେଣୁ ସେ ଆଉ ନୂତନ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ପଠାଇଲେ। ସହେି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଯେ କବଳେ ହାମନର ଯୋଜନାକୁ ପଣ୍ତ କଲା ତାହା ନୁହେଁ। ସହେି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ହାମନ୍ ଓ ତାର ପରିବାର ରେ ଅନିଷ୍ଟ କରାଇଲା ତେଣୁ ହାମନ ଓ ତାର ପୁତ୍ରଗଣ ଫାଶୀଖୁଣ୍ଟ ରେ ଝୁଲାଗେଲ।

ସମାନେେ ତାହା ସହିତ ଏହିପରି କଥାବାର୍ତ୍ତା କରୁ କରୁ ରାଜ-ନଫୁସକମାନେ ଆସି ଏଷ୍ଟରର ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ଭୋଜିକୁ ହାମନକୁ ନବୋ ପାଇଁ ଚଞ୍ଚଳ ହେଲେ।

ତହିଁରେ ଏହି ଲିଖିତ କଥା ଦଖାଗେଲା, ରାଜାଙ୍କର ନଫୁସକ ବିଗ୍ଥନ୍ ଓ ତରେଶ ନାମ ରେ ଦୁଇଜଣ ଦ୍ବାରପାଳ ଅକ୍ଷଶ୍ବରେଶ ରାଜାଙ୍କୁ ବଧ କରିବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରିଥିବାରୁ ମର୍ଦ୍ଦଖଯ ତହିଁର ସମ୍ବାଦ ଦଇେଥିଲା।
