ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏହି ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ମାେ ନିକଟରେ ଠିଆ ହକ୍ସ୍ଟଅ। ମୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଆଜ୍ଞା, ନିଯମ ଏବଂ ଶାସନସବୁ କହିବି, ମୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଅଧିକାର ଦବେି। ଯାହାକି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦବୋ ଉଚିତ୍ ଏବଂ ସମାନେେ ସହେି ଦେଶ ରେ ତାହା ମାନିବା ଉଚିତ୍।'
