Deuteronomy 30:1
ମୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଯେଉଁସବୁ କଥା କହିଲି ତାହାସବୁ ଘଟିବ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଉତ୍ତମ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯପାଇଁ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ଓ ମନ୍ଦ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ପାଇଁ ଅଭିଶାପ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଅନ୍ୟ ଜାତୀଯମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ପଠାଇବେ। ସଠାେରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସ୍ମରଣ କରିବ।

ଆଜି ଆମ୍ଭେ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ସମ୍ମକ୍ସ୍ଟଖ ରେ ମୃତକ୍ସ୍ଟ୍ଯ ଓ ମରଣ ଏବଂ ଭଲ ଓ ମନ୍ଦ ମଧ୍ଯରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଗୋଟିକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ବାଛିବାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଦଇେଅଛୁ।

ପକ୍ସ୍ଟଣି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କୋର୍ଧ ରେ ଓ ପ୍ରଚଣ୍ତତା ରେ ଓ ମହା କୋପରେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ଦେଶରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଉତ୍ପାଟନ କଲେ ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶ ରେ ନିକ୍ଷପେ କଲେ, ଯେଉଁଠା ରେ ସମାନେେ ଆଜି ଅଛନ୍ତି।'

ଏଥିପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସାବଧାନ ହବେ। ସହେି ଦେଶୀଯ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଦବେତାଗଣର ପଶ୍ଚାଦ୍ ଗାମୀ ହାଇେ ସବୋ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଆଜି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କଠାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଯାହାର ହୃଦଯ ବିମକ୍ସ୍ଟଖ ହକ୍ସ୍ଟଏ, ଏପରି କୌଣସି ପୁରୁଷ, କି ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ, ପରିବାର କି ବଂଶ ଯମେନ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ନ ରହେ, ଯମେନ୍ତ ବିଷ ଓ ନାଗଦଅଣାର ମୂଳ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ନରହେ।

ମାଶାେ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରାଚୀନବର୍ଗ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦେଲେ, ମୁ ଆଜି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଯେଉଁ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦଇେଛି, ସଗେକ୍ସ୍ଟଡିକ ପାଳନ କର।
Leviticus 26:1
ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ନିଜ ପାଇଁ ଦବମେୂର୍ତ୍ତି ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବ ନାହିଁ। କିମ୍ବା ନିଜ ପାଇଁ ଖାଦେିତ ପ୍ରତିମା କି ସ୍ତମ୍ଭ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବ ନାହିଁ, ଆଉ ତାହା ନିକଟରେ ଦଣ୍ତ ପ୍ରଣାମ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଦେଶର କୌଣସି ଖାଦେିତ ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ରଖିବ ନାହିଁ। କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଅଟୁ।

ଆଜି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାେତେ ଭୂମିରୁ ତଡ଼ି ଦଲେ, ତହିଁରେ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭଠାରୁ ଲୁକାଯିତ ହବେି। ମୁଁ ଏକ ପଳାତକ ଓ ପୃଥିବୀ ରେ ଭ୍ରମଣକାରୀ ହବେି। ଏପରି ହବେ ଯେ କୌଣସି ଲୋକ ମାେତେ ପାଇଲେ ବଧ କରିବ।
