Deuteronomy 27:2
ଯେଉଁଦିନ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଯେତବେେଳେ ୟର୍ଦ୍ଦନ ନଦୀ ପାରହେଲ ଏବଂ ସହେି ଦେଶ ରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କଲ, ଯାହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦଇେଛନ୍ତି। ସହେିଦିନ ହିଁ ଏକ ବୃହତ୍ ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ସ୍ଥାପନ କରି ତାହା ଲପନେ କରିବ।

ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସଠାେରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବା ମାତ୍ ରେ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଏହିସବୁ ନିଯମ ସହେି ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ଉପରେ ଲେଖିବା ଉଚିତ୍। ଏହାକର ଯେତବେେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ୟର୍ଦ୍ଦନ ନଦୀ ପାର ହାଇେ ସହେି ଦେଶ ରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛ, ଯାହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଦେଉଛନ୍ତି। ଦକ୍ସ୍ଟଗ୍ଧ, ମଧକ୍ସ୍ଟ ପ୍ରବାହୀତ ହେଉଥିବାର ଦେଶ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷଗଣଙ୍କର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଯେ ହତେକ୍ସ୍ଟ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରିଥିଲେ।

ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଖକ୍ସ୍ଟବ୍ଶିଘ୍ର ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବ, ସହେି ଦେଶ ରେ ଯାହା ତୁମ୍ଭର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଦବେେ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସଠାେରେ ବାସ କରିବ।

କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଯେଉଁ ଦେଶ ଦେଉ ଅଛନ୍ତି, ତହିଁରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରି ତାହା ଅଧିକାର କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ୟର୍ଦ୍ଦନ ପାର ହାଇଯେିବ। ପକ୍ସ୍ଟଣି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ତାହା ଅଧିକାର କରିବ ଓ ତହିଁରେ ବାସ କରିବ।

ହେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ଲୋକମାନେ, ଶକ୍ସ୍ଟଣ! ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଆଜି ୟର୍ଦ୍ଦନ ନଦୀ ପାର ହାଇେ ଯାଉଛ, ଜାତିମାନଙ୍କୁ ତଡିଦବୋ ପାଇଁ ଯାଉଅଛ ଯାହାକି ବୃହତ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ ଏବଂ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ବୃହତ ନଗରଗକ୍ସ୍ଟଡିକ ଏବଂ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ପ୍ରାଚୀରଗକ୍ସ୍ଟଡିକ ଆକାଶକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଛକ୍ସ୍ଟଏଁ।

ଏହିସବୁ ଆଜ୍ଞା, ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଓ ବିଧି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦବୋପାଇଁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ମାେତେ କହିଲେ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଯେଉଁ ଦେଶ ଅଧିକାର କରିବାକୁ ପାର ହାଇେ ଯାଉଅଛ, ସଦେି ଦେଶ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଏହି ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ପାଳନ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍।
