Deuteronomy 21:12
ତବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାହାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆପଣା ଗୃହକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆଣିବ ପକ୍ସ୍ଟଣି ସେ ଆପଣା ମସ୍ତକ ମଣ୍ତନ କରି ନଖ କାଟିବ।

Ephesians 4:22
ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ଯେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପୁରୁଣା ଆଚରଣ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପୂର୍ବର ଜୀବନଯାପନ ଛାଡ଼ି ଦିଅ। କାରଣ ଲୋକମାନେ ମନ୍ଦକାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରିବାକୁ ଭଲ ପାଇବାରୁ ତଦ୍ଦ୍ବାରା ପ୍ରବଞ୍ଚିତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି ଓ ତାହା ଫଳେ ରେ ପୁରୁଣାରୂପ ଦ୍ବାରା ମନ୍ଦ ଆହୁରି ହାଇଯୋଏ।
